As a driver I can agree with your frustration.
We don't make the food and restaurants screw up. We dont open the order if in containers.
If we can't find the address, common, we need a valid customer phone number.
Food is cold when we pick it up...
And you'd be surprised how many people eat the food then demand refunds!
And you can always reach the driver thru text...
