The people giving the 1 star reviews probably don't understand what's happening. As a driver, when I get an order for something that has no tip or a low tip, I decline. Most drivers will decline it as well because we make our money with tips, not by bringing food for the bare minimum delivery pay which is often less than 3 dollars for us, and barely covers the gas to deliver and nothing for our time. You're charged more than that but the driver isn't getting that, they get paid through tips. Folks, if you can't afford to tip and tip well, you probably shouldn't be using the service. As far as the order being correct, often when I pick up food, the restaurant has sealed the bag it's in and I can't see it to check it. But, if not I always check to make sure it is what I am shown is ordered. I have seen orders though where what I see is the order and what the customer actually ordered are different, again, not my fault. Also, make sure you give the correct address. We can't bring your food to you if you gave us the wrong address. Also make sure you give instructions for difficult to find addresses like in apartments. Help us find you and we'll all be happier, especially at night when it's nearly impossible to see addresses from the street.
