Been using Doordash for year. Regardless of the restaurants that connect that have bad customer service, I was not treated right today. The dasher never delivered food but claimed the delivery completion. I have to order again while starving and talking to Customer Service.
Here are the things that don't make any sense:
1. The Customer Rep told me they are not able to refund me because the dasher claimed that he/she delivered food.
2. The reps end your conversation box 2 mins after they don't hear from you. Please note that this is not a systematic control and I was not even asked a question.
So be smart and don't rely on this company. It totally defeats the purpose of the app.
