DoorDash has the worst customer service experience! I was really sick with a baby at home. I placed an order for delivery and notated “Enter through the side gate” the delivery guy calls and says he’s in the front. I told him I was sick with a baby and if I have to come down stairs it will take a while. I told him to come to the side street where there’s plenty of parking. He said he couldn’t because his leg was messed up. He stated that it’s not his job to come upstairs. DoorDash called me and I explained everything. They stated they will tell the driver to come upstairs but I never heard back and I never received my food. I called the customer service line and spent 20 min explaining everything and they told me to contact the restaurant. I asked for a sup and the rep refused. Then after 20 min a so called sup said he will call me from his phone line and I still haven’t gotten a call back
