I am a doordasher and customer, and have been pleasantly surprised at how well they work, in my area at least. The orders we have placed were prompt and perfect. Friendly and professional drivers. Please know that drivers don't make money unless they are making deliveries, so if it takes a looong time to get your order, it is usually circumstances beyond the driver's control. Bad traffic, super busy or slow restaurant service, or sometimes app issues, or multiple deliveries that get hung up somewhere. It is frustrating to everyone when things don't go right. Yes, there are bad drivers out there, but they don't usually last long, because it is hard work.
