We went online and placed an order with Cheesecake Factory. We paid up front. We did not get part of our order. We were told that to get the money we had to call back Door Dash. Door Dash told us it would take 5 days to get a refund. Assuming we get the refund, I gave 2 stars. I marked down "damage" to reflect that an item was missing. The parts that were delivered were intact and as advertised. The staff members with whom I spoke were pleasant and helpful. They comported themselves professionally.
