I’ve uses Door Dash for 1 1/2 years now and only had 1 bad delivery. I text customer service alone with a photo and was credited about with no problems.
Obviously, some areas in your city/state are going to be worse/better than others. With the lockdown, there is a higher demand for deliveries. Be patient.
