I used future dates order via doordash app. I wanted to add couple of more items, I connected to an agent via chat. She informed me that she cannot do it. I asked if I can cancel and then reorder again. I was informed that it is not possible. I will not get full amount back. At the day of order, restaurant called to tell me that they don’t have the order in their system. I have to wait longer.
Very suboptimal online app and really confusing service.
Too bad I did not read the reviews first.
