I ordered my entire order without dairy because I’m allergic to dairy and my order came in covered with cheese. DoorDash said they would escalate the situation to a manager and never did. I was refunded $12 of the $30 order that was not edible.
All other orders have been fine and timely but their customer service created an extremely negative experience for me.
