I have never used Doordash, but I have been a taxi driver. I would like to say in support of drivers and customers that in certain instances they are probably both in the right. Being a taxi driver I completely agree with the other person on here who spoke about NO VISIBLE ADDRESS or SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS WHICH ARE NOT RELAYED, ISSUES WITH RESTAURANTS or PEOPLE NOT ANSWERING. These are all some of the problems I have faced. I think to be rude is just unacceptable, for either the customer or the driver. Yes, it may be the driver's fault or some "administration" issue, but if you are really that dependant on the service you choose maybe you should hire your own chef. Things do not always work out the way we would like them too, obviously. Unfortunately, there are some also who might not be as professional as we would like, but there is no point in labelling all as the same.
