Customer representative, Wind Zor, was so wonderful after having had a rough go with my order where I had tried to update my address after realizing it was a couple of blocks over from the correct location, another representative had said there was nothing they could do but have the driver leave our food at the wrong address to be picked up. They couldn't refund the order or have it delivered to my address, as it was a couple of blocks out of range of delivery, according to their system. So I drove to pick it up, but it wasn't there, so I called Door Dash Help Center again. Wind Zor answered and was very understanding and helpful and took care of it with quickness and awesome customer service. It was the kind of behavior you rarely find, and is deserving of a raise!
