I am very disappointed with this company. I ordered 5 doors weeks ago and was informed that 3 doors would not be available until the end of March. This was inconvenient but I was prepared to wait. However, i had to chase up the delivery as I still had no notification whatsoever, only to be informed that 3 doors were damaged and delivery could now be mid May, i decided to choose alternative doors which were in stock. 2 of the 5 doors originally ordered were stock items yet theae were not sent out. I was advised i would receive the doors shortly as they were all in stock. Again I chased up this order, onky to be told that the 2 doors from the original were damaged!! I was then advised they would split the order and get the other 3 doors sent out. These have still not been received. This is shocking! As they should have processed the order immediately especially having caused so much inconvenience. I wont be ordering from this company again. I would like to add the company have very polite staff but unfortunately that hasnt helped with my order.
