I hired 2 cars through Doyouspain.com. I arrived in Alicante at 9pm. No cars were there for me. I phoned Doyouspain, only to be told the company ( Enterprise ) they had rented the cars through was closed and that I had to go and rent my own cars. This was a very expensive and stressful experience. I called Doyouspain twice and sent 3 emails. Whilst on the phone they admitted there was an issue, they have never responded to my emails or refunded my money. I do understand that mistakes happen, however the subsequent shockingly bad customer service and lack of response is inexcusable. Never again!
