Horrific experience where DYS are shying away from their responsibility. We booked a car from Malaga airport where DYS arranged for WiFi Rent a Car to pick us up and rent the car. One hour & 40 mins after the pick up time the tardy minibus arrived. After driving from the airport to the car depot we were ABANDONED whilst the driver took another couple back to the airport. DYS were informed 4 days ago & to date they have not responded.
