It’s now 2 years since I have tried to get a refund but I am not giving up. I booked a van through doyouspain to move furniture from Duquesa to los alcazares .I flew to Malaga with my son to make this move only to find they do not have vans .I clearly had a contract which they could not honour. Although they refunded me the cost of the non existent van I had at great expense had to employ a removal company which I could have done from home.I have tried to claim the cost of the removal company which I had to pay as a direct result of them breaking their contract. They say they need to see the contract and receipt which I do not have as the whole deal had to be done over the phone at the airport.I do have the details they sent me by text but they will not accept this
