This company, like others, take your booking and then you deal at the airport with Goldcars who are awful. They refuse to acknowledge the insurance u have and work hard to sell theirs.
They didn't have car we asked for and we got a much smaller one.
WE BROUGHT IT BACK FULL AND THEN THEY CHARGED US FOR PUTTING PETROL IN. THERE HAS BEEN NO COMMUNICATION ABOUT OUR COMPLAINT.
