I would not give any stars if possible. This company took our online booking and our money for a booking they could not fulfil. When we arrived to collect the car we were advised that without a flight number the booking could not go ahead. We live in Spain so do not have a flight number. This should have been clarified before they took our money and left us stranded at the airport in the summer season. When speaking to the car hire company at they airport they confirmed this is the fault of 'Doyouspain'! Appalling service, would not recommend!!
