DO NOT USE I had an extremely frustrating experience with Do You Spain. I booked and paid £480 for a car rental, but due to a flight delay, the rental office was closed by the time I arrived. Despite notifying Do You Spain about the delay in advance, my reservation was canceled without my consent, and no alternative was offered. The situation worsened when I contacted their call center multiple times, only to be hung up on twice. To date, I have not received a refund, and the car rental company confirmed they never received any payment from Do You Spain. This means Do You Spain is holding onto my £480 for a service I never received. This level of incompetence and disregard for customers is unacceptable. I strongly advise against using this company—if you value your time and money, look elsewhere. I will be pursuing this matter through legal and consumer protection channels.
