SCAM approach! Keep away. They do not care about customer satisfaction at all.
I lost money for 2 weeks of rental just because I couldn't pick up the car on time (within single day). Once I was able to reach them on the phone (after ~1.5 hours of listening to music on the line, and countless drops on their part), I was told that I could go to the police and report them.
