Left car safely on Level 4, photographed everything, emailed 5 photos immediately using email address provided by their Madrid support. Their Alicante office: Phone answered once then hung up (after "Hola") 4 more calls = only music playing Emails completely ignored No assistance when desperately needed 3 DAYS LATER: Received email from DIFFERENT email address claiming car "not returned" and charged €270 penalty! After my detailed reply with photo evidence: They quietly refunded €134 (probably realized car WAS returned on time) but kept €136 claiming "wrong parking level." The real problem: Unclear return instructions (deliberate?)
