I booked a car through them online I paid them with my credit card, they supplied a prepaid voucher, when I get to Gatwick and hand over the prepaid voucher the hire Company Europcar would not except their voucher. and insisted that I had to pay again leaving me out of pocket by £££££ Mores the case I have sent them numerous emails along with messages through their internal system asking them to contact me to sort it out , They have ignored and not responded to any. My advice is NOT TO USE THESE CROOKS !!!!!!
