My post code doesn’t appear on their system so I was advised to use What three words in the comments section. They delivered to the building next door and after a mammoth task of claiming it I discovered only one parcel out of two was delivered and it was heavily damaged on all sides. The call centre made it impossible for me to talk to them about it as I could not tell them the name of the company I got the unit from which was different on their records. I am now stuck with one half of a unit which is heavily damaged. Shocking service.
