Fraudulently claimed to have booked my seat on a long haul BA flight, but they had not…. As I checked with BA direct.
I requested an immediate refund which took 15 painful and frustrating weeks to obtain… in the end I resorted to CCJ Court Money claim threats, which made them aware I wasn’t to be messed with or plied with any further excuses.
They make continual excuses ‘Covid/staffing levels’ etc … but in reality they just want to hang on to your money as long as they can possibly get away with!!
