They are a nightmare once you purchase the ticket the relationship is over, i lost a loved one despite efforts to contact them in a bid to bring the travelling dates closer to no avail, greedy and selfish travelling agency and their business is not straightforward and unable to get hold of despite numerous telephone calls, once you pay they disappear. They are the worst and added to my grief, i called, emailed, tried their wattsup etc. the worst experience ever, go directly to the airline, never again and they don’t care, no customer services at all, nice when taking your money but thats it. They don’t deserve one star post my experience
