Quite simply the worst company I have ever dealt with.
My flight cost me nearly £600, and having had to cancel the flight due to COVID, I get £258 offered to me as a refund, they lay the blame firmly with the airline (which having read the reviews I don’t believe a word of.) It’s totally unacceptable, I’ve had to wait over 10 months & at no point did they send an email to me explaining what the situation was, I kept having to chase them.
I’ve reported them to the CMA and will never use this company again.
