I booked a flight via their website. An agent the called offering completely different flights (dates & airlines), pressuring you into accepting / paying. When I got off the phone, I had the chance to price compare and they were charging ~10% more than the airline directly. I immediately called back, asking for a refund / cancellation and they now say they have a 15% cancelation policy, which they will not waive.
