My flight was cancelled and I applied for a refund during October 2020. @qatarairways refunded @dreamworlduk in May 2021. It’s now November 2021 and I am still waiting for my refund. Countless emails promising action – nothing delivered. I’m beginning to believe @dreamworlduk are a bunch of thieves.
