Another victim of this travel agency: Waiting for a refund of £1144 since July 2020.
Contacted them 9 times over a year and a half (!) to gather the refund request. They were consistently answering that due to high volume of refund requests they cannot handle my request, although they clearly approved they got the money back from the airline for the refund.
For 1 year and 5 months (and counting...) they are too busy to give my money back (minus 15% admin fee!!!) although they have that money in hand already!
