I tested preflight positive and had to reschedule flights.I had amazing experience from an amazing lady named "Lubna" from dream world travel. She was empathetic, explained all available options and waited till i sent her the covid report and rebooked my flight all so smoothly. Most pleasant customer service in times of stress where everyone is stretched.
