2 reservations for trips to South Africa from June and December 2020 remain un-refunded.
I can't explain how many emails I have sent or phone calls made (mostly to never get thru) and have no progress other than lies as to delays in processing refunds.
They simply aren't refunding me.
They are thieves and a disgrace to the travel industry.
