AVOID this company at all cost. I have booked five tickets with this company in Jan 2020 and flights were cancelled due to the global pandemic. The airline company refunded the money straight to this sham company but this company made excuses to refund my mony and never intend to pay. After 14 months and mybe over emails I decided to report to my bank which thankfully refunded my money in full in two months. Please don't wait them to pay you, they will never do. Go through your bank, if you have used credit card when bought the tickets don't worry your credit card will cover it and get back the money from this fraud company.
