Standard approach is to take your money right after you handed in a booking, but do not make ticket for you! You spend a thousand attempts for communication, if you call, waiting in the busy line for hour, then they ask u to send an email only, if you send email, they either don't response, or keep lying (such as lying that they are preparing a refund for you this week/this month etc-which never cashed out). After several months you're tired of such invalid communication, they assume money is theirs. So easy. Commercial fraudster and criminal! Stay safe, don't try this 'Company'.
