There is no point in writing sorry you had a bad experience from dream world, I am actually surprised that you are still operating under such unprofessional circumstances. You do not know how to deal with customers. You receive people's full refund from the airline but lie about getting part of the money. After so many bad reviews you do not bother to improve the image of your company but you keep doing the worst. I regret ever dealing with Dream world. 3 years customers waiting for refund and empty promises to your customers. I am surprised none of the customers have taken legal action against you. This is our hard earned money that you are keeping. This is a total disgrace . I will not be fobbed off for my refund if it means reporting this to relevant bodies I will make sure people know about your incompetence and bad service. By the look of things you do not care about customers at all. You lie about refunds.
