I booked a flight only, they didn’t send the tickets. Fobbing me off with excuses such as we only release the tickets a month before travel. I got my card provided to refund the money to me. Do NOT use this company, they are a sham. If you ring, your on hold for hours in a queue, then when your turn comes it clicks off.
