Don’t touch this company!!!
Checked reviews before booking flights October 21 and were mixed. Book flights - no tickets issued, then flight ban, hours on telephone with polite but useless employee. All emails get the same reply - wait 72hours for response - with no response after 72 hours. Tried to get me to cancel my flights with a £540 charge in total, refused and requested full refund due to no flights on departure date despite flight ban lifted. Told to wait 12 weeks, did, now no response to emails at all!!
