Got scammed and laughed at by this company. Booked to travel to japan march 2022. Borders remained closed past travel I was told there would be no excess fees should I need to refund or reschedule. When contacting them about this they refused to refund without charging me and were trying to charge me 1500 per person extra to re adjust the booking. I recieved no tickets from this company. Their Atol protection is fake and they aren't even verified with them anymore. I'm one of many victims of this company. I put 2182 into my tickets paid upfront and its been 7 months since I requested a refund. DONT BOPK WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
