Avoid at all costs. Flights cancelled due to Covid and Refund requested. I received an email to say that they had been in touch with the airline regarding the cancellation request but after contacting the airline they confirmed that DWT had not contacted them and that my ticket was still Open/Active.
When chasing I have had a number of Customer Care Officer's refer me to the information in the T&C's > Section 10 which says "in some extra-ordinary circumstances up to six months". It has now been nearly 2 years.
DWT can't be trusted.
