Bought flexible tickets and tried to call on numerous occasions for date change but no one picking up the phone, left a lot of voice messages, no call back. I sent several emails, no response, completed a Date change request form online, again no response. It is now more then 3 weeks, dealing with such kind of a company you will be doing it at your own peril. Very uncaring and can’t believe operate in hospitality industry and are a member of Atol and other organisation. This company is a colossal joke
