This company should be closed by the government. Those are thefts. I booked tickets 1 an a half year ago I cancelled it. But unfortunately my money hasn't been refunded back. When I emailed them they were reposnkng back and saying you will receive in two months after that in 1 month. They just mislead me now when I send them email they keep ignoring me. I need my £400, back or I will be taking a legal action against dream world travel. I'm só frustrated and upset because they promised me 100 times that they will process my money back but nothing has happened. I really hope that this company closes down soon. Please guys encourage your families and friends not to buy tickets from dream world travel. If we don't buy it they won't make money and they will be closing down soon. Absolutely shocking service. I can't trust anybody anymore.
