I've ordered 3 pair of jeans to be sent to Israel at 09/04/23. checking nonstop on the track of the shipment it is still stuck in Netherland. i've call the costumer service time and again. in one of the calls she even said that it is still in spain. they don't care and don't take responsibility on shipping the package to israel.
