Ordered an item almost 8 weeks ago, initially it wasn't even shipped. When I tried to cancel they subsequently shipped the item (allegedly) and I was told to return the package in order to get a refund. No tracking information from MRW and 6 weeks later no refund.
They told me no refunds on shipped items unless they are returned. Impossible as the item is lost. Looks like they just stole my money.
