My order was placed on 05/14/2020. I have emailed, called, and attempted to chat with their suppose to be online chat team. The holds are so long and you never receive a message back neither via email or chat. The chat just continues to throw you back into que. I literally sat at work and called and was waiting 3 hours for someone to even greet me and eventually I hung up after no being able to get ahold of someone. You email they never email you back. This company gives me fraud vibes for some reason. I really can’t understand how you can’t get ahold to a company that you have spent your money will. It’s literally been two months and not an update on my order nor a valid tracking number.
