I am a loyal customer of Dune, recently purchased 5 pair shoes and one them came apart after a couple of time use, I emailed the customer service and shortly the replied and asked for the proof of purchase, hence that was sent and about 2 months nor response and I have sent number of follow up email and still nothing, very disappointed with the service I received.
