“I have never left a negative review anywhere before, but I feel absolutely compelled to share the appalling experience my partner and I had at Dune in Stratford Westfeild Iolanda (the store manager apparently). I have worked as a mystery shopper (albeit over 10 years ago) and in all my time as both a customer and in that role, I have never encountered service this unprofessional least of all from a store manager. We visited the store to return a pair of sandals that were clearly faulty and unwearable. From the moment we mentioned a return, the manager’s attitude was dismissive and hostile. Her body language and tone made it clear we were not welcome. When i tried to explain the issue, i was repeatedly interrupted. At one point, the manager even cut me off with the words: “It’s my time to talk.” Any attempt to clarify the situation was met with condescension, including the suggestion that we were “misunderstanding” her because English was her second language, which felt like a poor excuse for her rudeness because her English was perfectly fine. I offered to demonstrate the fault by walking in the shoes, but the manager refused outright, saying it “wouldn’t change anything.” When I asked what we could do, we were told to contact customer service, who would likely just refer us back to a store – essentially a dead end. Despite saying she couldn’t help us, the manager then proceeded to take photos of the sandals and my receipt without explaining why. When i clearly stated i did not consent (i was unsure of the purpose of her doing this was?) the manager moved the items out of my reach and took the photos anyway. This was intrusive, disrespectful, and unacceptable. When she took photos of my item and receipt without my consent, it felt like a pre-emptive move to obstruct me from escalating the issue to customer services or pursuing an alternative route to return the items. I have since found multiple reviews online that confirm these sandals are faulty by design, which only reinforces that our concerns were valid and should have been taken seriously. At no point were we rude or aggressive, yet we were treated with hostility and made to feel as though we had done something wrong simply for questioning a faulty product. There was no empathy, no attempt to help, and certainly no professionalism. Had we been treated courteously, even if the outcome was the same, we would have left disappointed but understanding. Instead, we left feeling dismissed, mistreated, and unheard. As we walked away from the store we saw her venting and laughing with a male collegue about us. I would never have expected this behaviour from a store manager and if this is reflective of Dune’s training, it raises serious concerns about how they value their customers. I will never shop here again and will be raising this formally.”

“I bought a pair of shoes from them and although there were my size but were way too small so I went for a size bigger in my next order but the shoes were way TOO big They are selling odd sizes on line by the look of things disappointing .Dont waste your money on them .They never reply to the emails .”

“Three weeks ago I received my order from Dune, a pair of shoes totally damaged. I returned them the same day and after 3 weeks I still didn’t receive the refund. I will never recommend or buy from them anymore!”

“I am a loyal customer of Dune, recently purchased 5 pair shoes and one them came apart after a couple of time use, I emailed the customer service and shortly the replied and asked for the proof of purchase, hence that was sent and about 2 months nor response and I have sent number of follow up email and still nothing, very disappointed with the service I received.”

“Horrible condition. I got delivered the heels that I purchased in the Dubai Mall store. The delivery service was very quick but the condition of the item was miserable. I would not recommend getting your item delivered. If you purchase something, get it physically from the store.”

“I saw Bintom shoes on sale , reduced from £105 to £73 and available in two colours, so I went along to Dune shop in Brent Cross to buy it, only to find out that Tan colour is not on sale but only the black one. This is false advertising to lure customers in and I believe deceive us. I intend to report them to advertising agency so they stop doing this in future.”

“I bought bags from this website and they took my money and never send me confirmation or order no to track. They kept sending me emails to pay for my items. I checked with my bank and they already took the money. This is scam.”

“My second pair of Dune Eliiana trainers, first pair purchased from outlet store colour Blush, love them so much i saw them in white on line, they we're on offer more expensive, as first pair so comfortable i thought I'd order in white on-line, was easy to set up account, order, and pay i was updated regular by Dune on every stage of my order, they arrived 3 days later by Evri, I would highly recommend Dune London on-line, my white pair are as comfortable as Blush, one very happy customer.”

“The shoes I ordered arrived however do not fit me hence I have been emailing them to organize a return and refund however no response to any of my emails and they do not answer the phone either. It's a total scam if you are trying to get a refund.”

“Total scam. You need to pay extremly high prices for sending back items and you will only get 70% refund on the items price at best. Totalt waste of money. Extremly unproffesional support.”
