Purchased 2 hot cold fans only 1 arrived. After over a dozen live chats and 6 hours!!! Of phone calls I finally got hold of someone who could “help”. I was informed that as a result of their mismanagement of my order and due to the extended length of time waiting (3 weeks)
they sent me a free machine as an “act of goodwill” great I thought. Until they refused to provide a refund so there was no “free” machine and no goodwill at all. Just a disgraceful customer experience. Beware if you have a single issue it will not end well.
