I bought a Dyson Airwrap in October that I couldn’t get on with. I was told as it was within 30 days I could return it. I called Dyson who said they would arrange collection of it. My husband had a day off work and waited in - no show. I called Dyson who said it had been logged incorrectly on the system and arranged another date for collection. Again another day off work and no show. I then decided to get a returns label and return it myself. I know from tracking and the picture that the item was delivered. 7 days later I contacted Dyson to enquire about a refund as I hadn’t received it and was told it would be within 3 days of receipt . I was told it should be in my account within 7 more day. When it was not I called again and spoke to a lady who said she had “escalated” the problem. She would not put me through to anyone else or tell me the official complaints procedure. She told me I would be contacted by Dyson within 48 hours. I was not! I have just called again and spoken to somebody who has said the same, he has escalated it and the refund will be due in 48 hours!! I am really surprised at how poor the customer service is for such a large company! Will never buy from Dyson again!
