I had a terrible experience with customer service. It has already taken me three hours to get in touch with them. My Dyson was bought from Argos, but they couldn't find my account. Despite providing invoices and proof that I bought it less than 2 years ago(I still have a guarantee), they have not contacted me about troubleshooting. I need to call them and tell them what to do every time. The customer service representative didn't know how to enter the UK number in the correct format in order to share a link with me, I asked him to speak with his manager, and he said it is not possible. I asked him what evidence to provide that I bought it from Argos and he just wanted to end the call and said several times that he can’t find my serial number) I said that he send me a link with camera access, and I will able to share all details, but he didn’t know how to do this. He didn't know how to enter my UK number or how to send a link with cameras access-I knew because I used this option from the previous item. I spent 30 minutes explaining this. To pay for cheap customer service that knows nothing and doesn't provide any service is a horrible idea. When I explained to him how to find my Dyson account, we opened the claim after two hours But no one responded during 48 hours, so I will need to call again tomorrow. Maybe this person didn’t know how to open the claim and just lied the he opened it
