My husband bought me the dyson corrale straighteners for my birthday in Sept 2021, not quite 3 years old and they will not hold their charge show as fully charged but switch off in less than a minute. Ring customer services and told warranty is only 2 years, ok can I buy replacement battery pack, apparently not they are built in! Option i am given is to purchase a refurbished pair for £100. How can you justify charging £500 for something that cannot be repaired. I am fuming.
Going back to GHD my first pair cost me £100 and lasted over 10 years!
