Poor customer service and overpriced I had a horrible experience with dyson. I bought a hair warp in November and after few months started to stop after few minutes of using it. I was shocked because it’s an expensive product . I contacted the customer service and sent it back to them . The item returned after a week missing a function button!! I was really furious. May be it fell or there is a fault in this one. I contacted them trying to replace it with a new one because in few months there are 2 defects but they have refused and offered repair!! Buying an expensive item is just to ensure longevity. Unfortunately I cant see it. So its an overpriced product with poor customer service
