Brand new Dyson Nural hairdryer £400 rrp and 30 seconds after I turned it on it was over heating at cutting out. Been in contact almost every day now for 10 days and am getting nowhere, today I am being told to give them another 24hr-48 hrs.
No hairdryer No replacement No refund. Disgraceful.
